Artavious E. Morgan is the Founder, CEO, and President of The Art Morgan Influence, L.L.C., a leadership and systems strategy firm committed to advancing operational excellence, equity-centered outcomes, and organizational transformation. He is a member of the inaugural Cole Council of the United Way of Greater Atlanta Cole Society and remains actively engaged in Griffin Men of Action and the Griffin-Spalding Historical Society.
Morgan studied Sociology at Georgia Southern University and is an alumnus of the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University, where he concentrated in applied management, business analytics, and marketing. His interdisciplinary academic background blending sociology with business and analytics shapes his systems-oriented leadership approach and deep understanding of organizational behavior, workforce dynamics, and community impact.
With more than 15 years of multi-sector leadership experience, Morgan has built a distinguished career across education, human resources, social services, healthcare, and public-sector systems. He is recognized for his ability to align people, processes, and technology to strengthen institutional infrastructure, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable, equity-driven results.
Throughout his career, Morgan has led cross-functional teams, administered compliance-intensive programs, directed HR and workforce systems, and implemented data-informed strategies across K–12 education, healthcare environments, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. His leadership philosophy integrates strategic vision with disciplined execution — enabling organizations to navigate complexity, modernize operations, and scale sustainable impact.
A published children’s author and nationally featured thought leader, Morgan has been highlighted in Bold Journey Magazine, Shoutout Atlanta, Canvas Rebel, Voyage ATL, and multiple podcast platforms for his insights on leadership, systems thinking, and transformational service. He remains deeply committed to civic engagement, mentorship, and cultivating the next generation of purpose-driven leaders.

The Art Morgan Influence LLC was born out of a simple but powerful belief: knowledge shouldn’t be gatekept, and success should be accessible to those willing to work for it. I started this business because I saw too many talented creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders struggling—not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked guidance, clarity, and actionable tools.
Drawing on my experience in education, leadership, and community building, I created a business that blends strategic insight with real-world application. Every program, resource, and e-book is designed to teach, empower, and equip. I wanted to give people access to the kind of knowledge I had worked hard to gain—and to do it without barriers, jargon, or exclusivity.
From the ground up, my goal has been to help others turn vision into impact, whether that’s through growing a business, refining leadership skills, or building influence in their community. The business is a reflection of my values: transparency, intentionality, and results that last.
